Applebee's Feedback Complaint

Adequate for grade school lunch
Not wanting to cook Thanksgiving dinner for the first time we chose to visit Applebee's. Our service was the worst! I retrieved our drinks myself after it seemed our "waitress" was never going to get them. The "Thanksgiving Special" could only be compared to a public school lunch both in taste and portion size. That was very disappointing,
Having plenty of room left, we ordered desert.. Another problem occurred. The restaurant staff tried to deliver the desert to another table that had yet to receive their food, and then returned it to the kitchen. I was finally able to flag someone down to get our desert.
The manager did apologize for the desert incident, but they had many more problems than that happening at more than our table. The table next to us refused their food after tasting it.
